When the battery for our Lincoln Navigator died I was tempted to go directly to the dealership and spend $350, but then a co-worker of mine suggest that I go to AutoZone! It was an overall great experience, they ran a free general diagnosis to make sure the Navigator didn't have any other problems and we paid $100 for the battery PLUS they installed it for free. The other benefit to buying a battery from AutoZone is their FREE battery warranty for 5-years. People have told me that AutoZone replaces it with no questions asked completely free!
