MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: 50 Gifts for $97!

HERE IT IS! After carefully planning, organizing, and preparing throughout the year and the date prior to - we were able to purchase 50 gifts for $97! Happy to have met our goal of under $100!

We used coupons, free deals, Amazon, retail store discounts, and more (and keep in mind that these were deals we bought throughout the year). This is about $850 worth of gifts so it truly pays to coupon and watch for deals. And the best part is they were all great quality, name brand items. Each Christmas gets better for us in savings!

Here are a few tips to prepare for next year's Christmas holidays:
1. The very first step to saving on Christmas gifts is to set a specific budget amount and stick to it! Our budget goal was to stay under $100.

2. Determine the amount of people you'll be purchasing a gift for and keep a list of their names handy. I kept mine under the Notes app of my iPhone. There are also Christmas Gift Organizing apps you can purchase on iTunes, but I like to keep it simple.

3. Watch for deals and freebies on TheItMom.com. It's always great to save money, but TheItMom.com's goal is to save you 70% or more on EVERYTHING! From groceries, toiletries, to high-ticket retail items - We search all the sites, advertisements, and affiliate partners for the BEST OF THE BEST! *NOTE: We also test every link and try the company ourselves first to determine legitimacy and that they are safe links.

4. If you can order it online ahead of time, DO IT! Amazon.com and the top Daily Deal Sites oftentimes have killer deals that you'll want to buy early. And don't forget you can get free shipping too!
