As a Corporate Recruiter by day and The 'It' Mom at night, I understand the adventures of the interview process. 


Here are a few interview tips for those of you job seekers out there:
1. It's always best to research the company you are interviewing prior to your interview. It shows you've done your homework and that you are sincerely interested in the opportunity.
2. Always dress professional for the job interview (regardless of the position and work environment)
3. Always bring a paper copy of your resume. It shows your organization and preparation for the position.
4. Be prepared to be answer a series of interview questions.
