YMCA Member Appreciation Day is this Saturday, December 10th
8AM to 4PM

If you're not a member, they'll waive your membership fee and give you a free program. They'll work with you on other fees if you need help.

Bring a friend to workout for free. Members can receive childcare for kids age 3 months to 7 years old while you workout. Check your location for "child watch" hours.
