Riding lessons at Gerry Rushton Stables are always safe and fun. Beginners will learn how to stop, steer, and walk their horses, while more advanced riders will learn how to canter and show. Each 1-hour lesson with an experienced instructor is designed to increase your skills and comfort level. Or choose the Shetland Equestrian Party for your kid’s next birthday bash. Horse grooming, fun games, and a horse-drawn cart ride are included, and a pro horse trainer will host the event. The only downside? Your kids will love their visit to the stables so much, they’ll probably keep clamoring for their own pet ponies.
